Shuzoku Wado-Kai Association is delighted to announce that we received our 100th licence application today. We’d like to thank each and every member for their support.
Shuzoku Wado-Kai warmly invites all licenced members of Grade 3rd Kyu + to the first Senior Grade Course. This is a free event that will cover the 2021-22 Dan Grade Syllabus on Sunday 27th June 2021 from 10am-12noon.
The course will be led by our guest Senior Instructor Colin Clapperton 8th Dan Wado-Kai and other SWA Senior Grades.
Places are limited and will be subject to any covid guidance in place at the time.

We’ve just received our 50th licence application. Licence books have now been ordered and will arrive shortly. Thanks to everyone who has applied so far for your support. If you’ve not applied yet ask your instructor for the passcode and visit wado.scot/licences
Subject to the continuing easing of covid restrictions, the 44th Cumbria Open will take place on Sunday 12th September 2021. Further information will be available nearer the time.

Shuzoku Wado-Kai Association is delighted to announce the launch of our Facebook Page.
We are very excited and proud to announce that, on the 23rd April 2021, Shuzoku Wado-Kai Association’s application to join the Scottish Karate Governing Body (SKGB) as a registered association was approved.
The SKGB is the only recognised governing body for karate in Scotland.
Andy Elliott, Senior Instructor of Dalry Karate Group has produced a series of tutorials videos for disabilitykarate.com including a basic warm-up video, basic Wado-Kai punches and blocks and Kata Pinan Nidan.
