Congratulations to everyone who took part in our grassroots Shuzoku Wado-Kai Association championships today. We are proud of everyone, as it takes a lot of courage to step onto the mats 🥋👊

Huge thank you to the organisers, referees, judges, helpers and first aiders who volunteered their time to make this event possible.

Thanks to Trophies Scotland for supplying bespoke medals 🏆🏅, Wee Winchburgh Catering & Bothy for the yummy sandwiches and tray bakes 🥪🍰 to keep our referees and judges fed, and Tesco for supplying fruit 🍎🍌and water.

Finally thanks to all our competitors and and their families for their support.

Congratulations to Willow on winning the John Smith Fighting Spirit Trophy 🏆.
