Massive congratulations to everyone who took part in our Grassroots Kumite and Kickmaster Championships today, we are proud of you all.

Full medal results below but first of all a huge thank you to all the volunteers who made today possible: Organisers, Referees, Judges, Table Helpers, First Aiders and everyone who helped get the competitors ready.
