The next Kata Team Pool Training sessions will be on:
Saturday 16th March 2-4pm at Xcite Broxburn Sports Centre.
Friday 5th April 6-7pm at Engage Napier University (Sighthill Campus).
They are open to SWA members interesting in developing their kata for open competitions (students must know at least one/two full katas). We are working on improving/developing kata specifically for competitions, rather than teaching new katas.
Members wishing to take part should check with their club instructor first.

Congratulations to all the members of Shuzoku Wado-Kai Association who took part in the Meadowbank Open Championsips on Sunday 4th February. Well done to Derek and Anna-Sofia on winning bronze medals.
The next Kata Team Pool Training session will be on Sunday 28th January 2024 from 12.15pm-2.15pm at Winchburgh Sport and Wellbeing Hub.
This session will be led by Tom and Lisa Scott. It is open to SWA members interesting in developing their kata for competitions (students must know one/two full katas). Members wishing to take part should check with their club instructor.
The next senior grade course will be held on Sunday 21st January 2024 at Xcite Broxburn Sports Centre.
