Congratulations to one of our members from Dumfries Wado-Kai being presented with the medals and trophy she had won during the online zoom karate sessions.
We are very excited and proud to announce that, on the 23rd April 2021, Shuzoku Wado-Kai Association’s application to join the Scottish Karate Governing Body (SKGB) as a registered association was approved.
The SKGB is the only recognised governing body for karate in Scotland.
Kids classes at Azami Karate Group returned last night and some of the students who had won medals during the zoom training sessions were presented with the medals and trophies they had won.
Andy Elliott, Senior Instructor of Dalry Karate Group has produced a series of tutorials videos for disabilitykarate.com including a basic warm-up video, basic Wado-Kai punches and blocks and Kata Pinan Nidan.
