The next two kata team pool training sessions will take place as follows:

These sessions are focused on developing kata for competition karate and are led by Tom Scott, Shuzoku Wado-Kai Association Kata Coach. Members attending must know at least one or two full kata. If you haven’t attended before please check with your instructor.

We’d like to invite all members who are interested in taking part in fighting competitions to join us at our Fighting Development Day on Sunday 12th May from 10.30am-2.30pm at Engage Sport and Fitness, Edinburgh Napier University, Sighthill Campus, EH11 4BN.

The event has been organised by our association and the subsidised cost of £15. Instructors from our group will be there to help lead the event.

The event will comprise skills and drills, fitness, fun and match time. There will be a break for lunch so please bring a packed lunch with you.

If interested please reply to your instructor asap making a £15 cash payment to them.
